Tim is the former Creative Director of Penguin Random House UK where he formed the multidisciplinary and award-winning Penguin Creative team and re-branded + re-launched the company online to huge commercial and editorial success.

Previous roles have also seen Tim as the Art Director of BuzzFeed UK and Creative Director of Shoreditch Design Studio. Tim has vast experience working with iconic household names and has also helped launch hundreds of new brands and products in a variety of sectors, in all visual disciplines including digital, print and video/motion.

Tim has is a regular judge at The D&AD Awards, The Drum Awards and The Design Week Awards.

Ali has founded a variety of small businesses in the retail and service industry and takes care of all the day to day operations at Lane + Co.

Jenna is our Production Manager with five years’ experience across video content, photography and campaigns, specialising in project and budget management.

Her main focus is producing short-form online video content including videos for internal communications, YouTube, social media platforms, webinars and live ticketed events.

Jenna also has experience producing both corporate and commercial photography shoots and works alongside our team at Lane + Co to create seamless project timelines.

With 10 years of experience under his belt, Stuart has unmatched experience shooting for both commercial and editorial briefs. His incredible portraits have been featured in numerous publications such as Vogue and Rolling Stone.

Jakob has 10 years of experience working directly with brands of all shapes and sizes, providing UX, UI and product deisgn for 100's of websites and apps.

He can liaise seamlessly between the client and the developers with a rare skill of making the most complex digital projects look easy.

For all things Video and Editing, John is our expert. He has vast experience working across all phases of the production process and specialises in YouTube production / channel management.

His YouTube expertise has grown channels from 15k to 320k subscribers, delivering a 400% increase in average watch time and over 54 million views.

Desiree has ten years’ experience as a photographer and lighting assistant, specialising in portrait photography and still life.
